About The Role
We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support Ishita Lalan, Co-founder and Principal Designer at Ishita Interiors. This is a focused EA position designed to make a founder significantly more productive by removing administrative and operational friction.
Your job: Free up Ishita's time so she can focus on growth, strategy, design, and client relationships.
Success means her inbox stays organized, her calendar runs flawlessly, nothing falls through the cracks, and she trusts you completely to stay one step ahead.
What You'll Do
- Inbox & Calendar Management: Keep both organized, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, track action items
- Follow-ups & Accountability: Coordinate with tea
- Logistics & Travel: Handle all travel arrangements, appointments, and coordination seamlessly
- Project Tracking: Ensure deadlines are met, commitments are followed through, and nothing gets lost
- Anticipation: Think ahead, spot problems coming, and address them before Ishita has to
- Communication: Written and verbal—with clients, contractors, and internal team
- Software & Systems: Learn tools quickly, stay organized, and create systems that scale
Day-to-day reality: Unpredictable. You might handle vendor coordination, client requests, travel logistics, team scheduling, document preparation, and fire-fighting—sometimes all in one day.

- Coachable and eager to continuously improve
Experience We Value:
- 3+ years as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant
- Direct support to founders, C-level executives, or high-performance leaders
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules, communications, and priorities
- Background in operations, business development, or project coordination is a plus

Compensation
Salary: $800–$1,500 USD/month (depending on experience and fit)
Type: Full-time Remote
Hours: 40–50 hours/week depending on business needs
Probation: 90-day trial period with monthly check-ins and feedback
