JOB OVERVIEW

# Executive Assistant / Operations Assistant — Night Shift, Remote

We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and intelligent Executive Assistant based in the Philippines to support a business owner working across international markets.

This is a remote role, but it requires strong communication, discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with the owner during live working hours.

## Work Schedule

Monday evening to Friday evening
11:00 PM to 3:00 AM Philippine Time
20 hours per week to start

Please apply only if you are fully available during this schedule and can consistently protect your rest time after the shift. Because this is a night-shift role, we are looking for someone who can rest for at least 6 hours after work and does not have major chores, another job, or family obligations before 9:00 AM Philippine Time.

## Main Responsibilities

You will help with executive, administrative, communication, and research tasks, including:

* Confirming meetings by phone, email, or message
* Joining frequent video calls during working hours
* Taking clear notes on every call
* Organizing tasks, schedules, files, and follow-ups
* Helping prepare reports, summaries, and simple analysis
* Communicating with clients, vendors, and business contacts
* Tracking action items and making sure nothing is missed
* Helping research markets, companies, people, and opportunities
* Supporting the owner with daily business operations

## Critical Requirements

You must have:

* Availability to work 11:00 PM to 3:00 AM Philippine Time, Monday evening to Friday evening
* Reliable internet connection and a dependable computer
* Comfort working in a live video-call environment during the shift
* Excellent English communication skills
* Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand business information
* Ability to confir ---------- etings professionally by phone
* Excellent organizational skills
* Willingness to learn quickly
* Ability to take detailed notes on every call
* Clean criminal record and willingness to complete a background check, if requested

## Good to Have

These are not required, but they are a plus:

* Canva, design, website, or basic marketing skills
* AI tools and prompt-writing skills
* University education
* Passport or ability to travel outside the Philippines for company meetings in the future
* Knowledge of sales principles
* High emotional intelligence
* Experience supporting executives, founders, consultants, or international companies
