**Hiring: Auto & Heavy Equipment Estimators | Part-Time with Full-Time Potential**

We are currently looking to bring on **2–3 qualified Auto and Heavy Equipment Estimators** to help manage a growing volume of insurance appraisal and claims assignments.

This position will **start part-time**, with the potential to transition into a **full-time opportunity** as claim volume and responsibilities increase.

**What We’re Looking For:**
• Intermediate to experienced auto and/or heavy equipment estimating experience
• Proficiency with **CCC ONE** or similar estimating platforms
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures, parts, labor operations, and damage analysis
• Adjuster, appraiser, auto technician, body shop, or mechanical experience is highly preferred
• Heavy equipment, commercial vehicle, trailer, or specialty equipment experience is a major plus
• Comfortable working with client portals and CRM systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple files efficiently
• Strong written communication and professional documentation skills

**Primary Responsibilities:**
• Write and review auto and heavy equipment damage estimates
• Prepare repairable and total-loss appraisal files
• Track assignments from intake through completion
• Submit completed estimates, reports, photos, and supporting documentation
• Follow up on pending files, supplements, documentation, and client requests
• Manage file statuses and updates within client portals
• Maintain accurate records and workflows within our CRM
• Research parts, labor operations, repair procedures, equipment values, and supporting documentation when needed
• Communicate with shops, owners, manufacturers, vendors, and clients as necessary
• Ensure files meet client guidelines and quality-control standards before submission

We are open to both **intermediate and experienced candidates**. The more experience you bring—particularly with **CCC ONE, insurance claims, automotive estimating, heavy equipment, commercial vehicles, or mechanical repair—the better**.
