What Success Looks Like
A successful estimator on our team:
Produces accurate estimates the first time.
Thinks like a construction professional, not just a software operator.
Anticipates missing scope before the estimate is submitted.
Helps maximize legitimate claim value by capturing every necessary line item.
Works efficiently without sacrificing quality.
Communicates proactively.
Takes ownership of every estimate from start to finish.
We value quality over speed—but expect both. Our ideal estimator is someone our project managers can trust to deliver complete, professional estimates that require minimal revisions and stand up to insurance scrutiny.
