As an Entry-Level Technical Support, you'll assist customers in resolving technical concerns, offer clear and confident guidance, and deliver a seamless support experience. Your role goes beyond answering questions—you'll take the time to understand each customer's unique business needs and provide tailored solutions that drive success.

Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional, customer-centric approach
- Previous customer support experience (experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or the tech industry is an advantage)
- Hands-on experience with Shopify
- Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRM/customer support tools
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- A customer-first attitude with a commitment to delivering personalized support
- Ability to adjust communication style based on customer needs
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through various support channels, ensuring timely and effective responses
- Diagnose and resolve technical and product-related issues
- Create, monitor, and escalate Jira tickets as necessary
- Provide personalized, context-driven customer assistance
- Share CRO recommendations and best practices with guidance from subject matter experts
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution
- Deliver friendly, accurate, and solution-oriented support with every customer interaction

Working Hours:
- Fully Remote, Full-Time Position
- Monday to Friday,
