What You'll Do
-Lead and mentor a team of video editors and AI specialist to deliver exceptional creative work.
-Own the editing strategy across paid ads, organic social, product launches, UGC, influencer campaigns, and brand storytelling.
-Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, and Growth teams to create content that drives engagement, conversions, and revenue.
-Establish editing standards, workflows, and best practices to scale content production efficiently.
-Use performance insights to continuously improve creative output and maximize results.
-Stay ahead of content trends, platform updates, and emerging editing techniques.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading editors or creative teams in an e-commerce, DTC, or digital-first environment.
- Exceptional editing skills with a strong portfolio of high-performing content.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, and performance-driven creative.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and modern editing workflows.
- Strong storytelling instincts, attention to detail, and creative leadership capabilities.
- A passion for beauty, lifestyle, and consumer brands is a huge plus.
