## About Us
We are a fast-growing company in the renewable energy industry expanding into nationwide eCommerce. Our goal is to build a professional online store that sells solar materials, solar equipment, complete solar kits, accessories, and training programs to customers across the United States.
We are looking for an experienced eCommerce professional who can help us build the entire operation from the ground up — not just manage product listings.
This role is ideal for someone who understands eCommerce systems, supplier inventory, drop shipping, warehouse inventory, shipping integrations, marketing integrations, and scalable business processes.

## Role Overview
We need help setting up and managing a complete eCommerce ecosystem.
Most of our materials will be drop shipped directly from suppliers, but some products will ship from our own warehouse. Because of this, we need someone who can help us establish an inventory system that connects our online store, supplier inventory, warehouse inventory, marketing ecosystem, and 3PL/shipping partners.
We are not just looking for a website designer. We are looking for someone who understands how to build the backend systems that make an eCommerce business run smoothly.

## Responsibilities
You will help with:
* Setting up and optimizing our online store
* Recommending the best eCommerce platform if needed
* Building product categories, collections, filters, variants, and product pages
* Organizing solar materials, kits, accessories, and training programs
* Connecting supplier inventory feeds to our store
* Helping create an inventory system from the ground up
* Managing workflows for drop shipped products
* Managing workflows for products shipped from our warehouse
* Connecting the store to a 3PL service for fulfillment and shipping
* Setting up shipping rules, rates, tracking, and fulfillment workflows
* Connecting warehouse inventory with the online store
* Helping establish inventory processes for our internal team
* Connecting the store with our marketing ecosystem
* Integrating the store with CRM,
* Helping set up abandoned cart flows, customer follow-up, and sales automations
* Recommending tools and systems to improve efficiency
* Creating SOPs and documentation for our team
* Helping troubleshoot issues as the system grows
* Continuously improving the customer experience and backend operations

## Work Schedule
This is a remote position.
We are looking for someone who can overlap with some of our normal business hours, which are:
**8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time**
You do not necessarily need to work the full 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST schedule, but you must be available for some overlap during those hours for meetings, communication, project updates, and collaboration with our team.

## Pay
Pay is:
**$8–$10 per hour depending on experience, skill level, and ability to make an impact.**
