About the Role
We're a direct-to-consumer apparel brand running on Shopify Plus and NetSuite, with fulfillment through a third-party logistics (3PL) partner. We're looking for a detail-oriented operations assistant to help manage day-to-day order, inventory, and customer service admin so our core team can focus on growth.
Responsibilities
Assist with order/inventory reconciliation between Shopify and NetSuite
Communicate with our 3PL on shipping delays, inventory discrepancies, and fulfillment issues
Update product listings, inventory counts, and pricing as needed
Maintain internal trackers/spreadsheets for daily ops metrics
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal tea
Month End Ops Reports and inventory reconciliations
Manage Inventory Transfers in Netsuite/Luminous and return inventory shipments
Reconcile daily item receipts between the 3PL and Netsuite
Requirements
Prior experience with Shopify (Shopify Plus a plus) and NetSuite (or comparable ERP)
Experience in ecommerce, retail, or apparel operations
Strong written English communication skills
Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented, especially with data entry and reconciliation tasks
Reliable internet connection and quiet home work environment
Available for 20-25 hours of overlap with US Pacific time
