eCommerce Store Manager & Merchandiser

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Remote eCommerce Store Manager based in the Philippines. This full-time role involves managing our online store's product range and merchandising categories, ensuring our website is optimized for sales and customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

Product Management: Add and update products on our website using the Maropost/Neto eCommerce platform.
Visual Content: Ensure all products have high-quality images, collaborating with our graphic designer when needed.
Product Descriptions: Write and enhance product descriptions using AI tools.
Product Categorization: Organize products into relevant categories to facilitate easy navigation and search.
Seasonal Updates: Keep the website current with seasonal products and promotions.
Sales Optimization: Suggest and implement strategies to improve online sales.
Competitor Research: Identify gaps in our product range by researching competitor offerings.
Communication: Interact with in-store staff via chat and phone as necessary to discuss new products.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in eCommerce management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of online merchandising.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Proficiency with eCommerce platforms (experience with Maropost/Neto is a plus).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Strong interest in parties and costumes is highly desirable.

Working Hours:
Full-time position (8 hours per day).
Philippine time zone.
