We are a remote US brand with fulfillment from the US, Canada, UK, Poland & Australia.

However, our operations department is currently understaffed with a team of 2, with a lack of leadership, organization & prioritization, and many competing priorities. We are hiring for several positions including a process improvement manager and a digital marketing manager.

We are looking for a strong hands-on operations master, to lead the team - by example: roll up their sleeves, solve problems, optimize processes, and create automations - to elevate the team and themselves to solve bigger problems and drive growth for the company.

**TOP Responsibilities**
• People management: hire, train, lead & support operations team, oversee relevant business KPIs and individual team members' KPIs.
• Customer journey: develop & map out ideal customer journey and implement it into across all customer interactions, including: onboard with Gorgias, optimize phone/email/chat communication guidelines, etc.
• Escalations: take on and solve cases our team could not solve (customer/vendor/marketplace/other cases)
• Marketplace performance management: oversee our performance metrics on Amazon/eBay to never drop below standards.
• Listing management: create and update listings on Shopify, eBay, and Amazon.
• Inventory management: develop and oversee ideal supply chain system

This is a full-time, fully remote position with 40 hours a week (Mon-Fri) working hours, working US EST business hours. No side jobs or projects will be allowed.
The compensation is Php 80,000-Php 130,000 per month, depending on experience.

This job is NOT for you IF:
• You don't have at least 5 years of experience in operation management roles.
• You are not comfortable working during US Eastern Time Zone business hours (9-6).
• You have other jobs/business/projects that you plan to keep.
• You did not keep a job for 18 months or longer in the last 3 years (employer reference calls will be made to verify).
• You do not feel comfortable tracking your time/monitor.
