eBay Operations Executive / Team Leader

Apex Global Ventures is looking for a highly motivated eBay Operations Executive to lead and help build our growing same-day delivery business serving customers across London.

We operate Monday to Sunday and deliver products to customers within hours of receiving an order. We are looking for someone with previous eBay experience who can help manage listings, fulfilment, customer service, reporting, and day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include:
Researching products available through Tesco Whoosh and other rapid delivery services.
Identifying products suitable for sale on eBay.
Creating and managing eBay listings.
Monitoring product availability and stock levels.
Processing customer orders accurately.
Maintaining spreadsheets and operational reports.
Managing customer service enquiries to a high standard.
Tracking performance and reporting daily results.
Helping recruit and train future tea ---------- mbers as the business grows.
Working directly with the founder, Sami Dirshe, to achieve company targets.

Requirements:
Previous experience with eBay listings and account management.
Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel).
Experience in product fulfilment and order processing.
Excellent written English.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Reliable internet connection and computer.
Experience managing virtual assistants is a bonus.
