About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistant (Shopify & Amazon) to support the day-to-day operations of our online stores. The ideal candidate has experience managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central, handling product listings, inventory, order processing, customer support, and basic marketing tasks.
You will work closely with the eCommerce and operations teams to ensure smooth store operations, maintain accurate product information, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Store Management
~ Manage and maintain Shopify and Amazon Seller Central stores.
~ Create, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
~ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
~ Ensure product information is accurate and consistent across platforms.
Order & Inventory Management
~ Process customer orders and coordinate fulfillment.
~ Monitor shipments, delivery status, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
~ Resolve order issues and communicate with fulfillment partners when necessary.
~ Track inventory and report low-stock or out-of-stock items.
Customer Support
~ Respond to customer inquiries through
~ Handle product questions, shipping concerns, returns, and order updates.
~ Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining high satisfaction.
Marketplace Optimization
~ Assist with product listing optimization, keyword research, and content updates.
~ Monitor product performance, reviews, and seller account health.
~ Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal product launches.
Reporting & Administration
~ Generate sales, inventory, and operational reports.
~ Maintain organized records and documentation.
~ Update internal spreadsheets, SOPs, and operational processes.
~ Assist with other administrative tasks related to eCommerce operations.
Required Qualifications
~ 2+ years of experience supporting Shopify and Amazon Seller Central stores.
~ Hands-on experience with product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
~ Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central policies, account health, and listing management.
~ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
~ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
~ Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets.
~ Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
~ Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
Preferred Qualifications
~ Experience with Amazon FBA and FBM operations.
~ Familiarity with Shopify apps such as Klaviyo,
~ Experience using Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or similar Amazon research tools.
~ Knowledge of basic SEO for eCommerce product listings.
~ Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Gorgias.
~ Experience working with DTC brands, Amazon agencies, or multi-channel eCommerce businesses.
