JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive E-commerce Project Manager to manage our product-testing and launch pipeline from start to finish.

This person will coordinate multiple tea ---------- mbers and make sure every approved product moves quickly through supplier quoting, product research, creative sourcing, product imagery, Shopify page development, quality assurance, approval, and launch.

You will not be expected to personally design every image, build every page, or launch every advertisement. Your responsibility is to ensure the correct person completes each task accurately and on time, remove bottlenecks, maintain quality standards, and keep the entire pipeline organized.

Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple ecommerce products through the testing and launch pipeline.
Coordinate supplier quotes and product information.
Source or organize relevant TikTok Shop and Kalodata product references.
Assign product-image work to our image designer.
Coordinate product-page builds with our Shopify builder.
Write, review, or improve product names, descriptions, headlines, benefits, offers, and page copy.
Ensure tea ---------- mbers have the information and links they need without unnecessary delays.
Set clear deadlines and follow up until tasks are completed.
Maintain accurate, real-time updates inside Slack and our project-management system.
Review completed product images for accuracy.
Conduct final quality assurance on product pages before approval.
Check mobile and desktop formatting, product variants, pricing, links, spelling, images, and overall presentation.
Present completed products for final approval.
Hand approved products to the media buyer for launch.
Identify bottlenecks and improve the workflow over time.
Expected Workflow and Deadlines

Our product work runs in parallel whenever possible.

Product-image packages are generally expected within 48 hours.
Shopify product pages are generally expected within 24–48 hours.
Final quality assurance should be completed within 12 hours after all required assets are ready.
Approved products should be handed off for launch immediately.
Tea ---------- ssages and pipeline updates should generally receive a response within 24 hours on working days.
Requirements
Previous experience in ecommerce project management, operations, or product launches.
Strong understanding of Shopify product pages and direct-response ecommerce.
Excellent written English.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable managing designers, Shopify builders, suppliers, and media buyers.
Able to manage several products simultaneously without losing track of deadlines.
Strong judgment regarding product presentation, copy, offers, and page quality.
Proactive communication and follow-through.
Comfortable working independently without needing constant instructions.
Experience using Slack and project-management tools.
Reliable computer and internet connection.
Preferred Experience
Footwear, fashion, accessories, beauty, or impulse-buy ecommerce products.

Facebook
advertising or direct-response marketing.
TikTok Shop, Kalodata, or competitor-product research.
Conversion-rate optimization.
Shopify landing pages or product-page builders.
Managing remote creative and development teams.
What Success Looks Like
Products move through the pipeline without unnecessary delays.
Every task has a clear owner and deadline.
Tea ---------- mbers are followed up with before deadlines are missed.
Product pages are accurate, polished, and ready for paid traffic.
Marcos only reviews products that have already passed full quality assurance.
Fewer revisions are required after final approval.
Pipeline information remains current and organized.
