Our company has been operating since 2018/2019 under the World Famous Puppies brand and is now expanding aggressively into the pet supplement industry.

We are looking for a long-term full-time tea ---------- mber who can grow with the company and help organize, manage, and scale our e-commerce operations globally.

???? POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Operations Manager who can help oversee and manage:

Shopify store operations
Amazon Seller Central
---------- marketplace operations
Walmart Marketplace
TikTok Shop
Instagram/Facebook Shops
Product uploads and organization
Marketplace optimization
Team coordination
AI workflow implementation

This person will work closely with management and help ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.

This is NOT a beginner role.

We are looking for someone who understands e-commerce systems, can solve problems quickly, communicate clearly, and help us continue scaling globally.

? RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily e-commerce operations
Upload and organize products across Shopify, Amazon, ---------- , Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Meta Shops
Maintain Shopify store functionality
Ensure checkout systems operate correctly
Help manage Amazon, ---------- , and Walmart listings
Set up and manage TikTok Shop products
Assist with Instagram/Facebook Shop management
Coordinate with designers and developers
Organize workflows and project timelines
Help create SOPs and operational systems
Troubleshoot operational and marketplace issues
Assist with AI automation workflows if applicable
Monitor customer shopping experience
Ensure all systems remain organized and updated
Help organize internal systems and operational efficiency
Delegate tasks and follow up with tea ---------- mbers when needed
???? REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3+ years e-commerce experience
Shopify experience required
Amazon Seller Central experience required
---------- experience strongly preferred
Walmart Marketplace experience preferred
TikTok Shop experience preferred
Experience with pet brands or dog supplements strongly preferred
Strong English communication skills
Leadership and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Fast response times and strong work ethic
Understanding of AI tools and automation is a plus
Claude Code knowledge is a plus
Must be highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy
