About the role
Formulation Factory is hiring an E-Commerce Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our sales channels — Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop — and to keep our paid channels (Meta, TikTok) organized and reported on.
This is a hands-on operations role, not a strategy or media-buying seat. You'll monitor account health, listings, catalog, and inventory across channels, maintain weekly performance scorecards, keep our reporting clean, and surface problems before they become fires.
Put simply: you keep our channels from becoming chaos every week.
What you'll own
Amazon (primary channel)
Monitor Amazon account health, listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and catalog issues — and flag problems before they escalate.
Audit PDPs for pricing, coupons, reviews, images, titles, bullets, and competitor positioning.
Coordinate bulk-sheet / flat-file uploads with the internal team, agencies, and vendors.
Track competitor ASINs, pricing, deals, reviews, and offer changes.
Shopify & TikTok Shop
Keep product listings, catalog data, pricing, and inventory accurate and in sync across channels.
Support TikTok Shop operations: catalog setup, product feed integrity, order flow, and promotions.
Flag listing, feed, or fulfillment issues before they affect sales.
Reporting & paid channel support
Maintain the weekly cross-channel performance scorecard (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok).
Support paid operations across Amazon PPC, Meta, and TikTok by preparing reports and organizing action items. (This role reports on and coordinates ads — it does not manage bids, budgets, or campaigns.)
Keep documentation and ClickUp task boards current and clean.
Escalate urgent issues with a recommended next action attached.
What "good" looks like
Amazon account health stays green — no surprise suppressions or stranded inventory.
Listings, catalog, and inventory stay accurate across Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
The weekly scorecard lands on schedule, every week.
Nothing slips through the cracks: blockers are surfaced early with a clear recommended action.
Must-have
2+ years hands-on in Amazon Seller Central (we're a 3P seller) — listings, catalog, account health.
Experience operating at least one other channel: Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, or similar.
Comfortable pulling and organizing reports from ad platforms (Amazon PPC, Meta Ads Manager, or TikTok Ads).
Strong with spreadsheets.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Clear written communication.
Follows SOPs closely and is execution-focused.
Nice-to-have
TikTok Shop operations experience.
Bulk sheet / flat file experience.
Listing SEO / keyword research.
Helium 10, Sellerboard, Data Dive, SmartScout, or SellerSprite.
ClickUp.
Supplement or regulated-category compliance awareness.
This role is not
A media buyer or growth strategist — our ads team owns creative and spend.
A leadership or people-management seat.
