Pizza Bae is an Australian premium pizza brand on a mission to bring restaurant-quality pizza to homes and stores across the country. We use 48-hour fermented sourdough, fresh local ingredients, and we don’t compromise on taste. As we grow, we’re building a strong digital presence and are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join us remotely.

???? What You’ll Be Doing

You will support our e-commerce and marketing operations with a focus on Shopify, order management, and influencer outreach.

Your key responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor our Shopify online store
• Follow up daily orders, customer inquiries, and update stock if required
• Help set up and manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok marketplaces
• Reach out to influencers, send samples, and onboard them into our affiliate program (using tools like UpPromote)
• Maintain influencer database and follow up on posts and content schedules
• Support general admin, reporting, and communication tasks

? Requirements
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience with Shopify (or similar e-commerce platforms)
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook marketplace setup
• Organised, responsive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in AEST business hours
• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Experience using affiliate or influencer platforms (e.g. UpPromote, GoAffPro)
• Background in digital marketing, content coordination, or virtual assistant work
• Passion for food and branding (pizza lovers welcome!)
