draftsman for Architectural Plans

Hello, I'm looking for a professional draftsman who can redraw old architect's plans in CAD for me.

A 3D model is to be created for an apartment building with 5 apartments. I then need the ifc and dwg files as well as 3 architect plans as PDF.

1st pdf plan with 4 floor plans
2nd pdf plan with 4 views
3rd pdf plan with 2 cuts.

I would like to pay $300 for this.

I would like to hire you for this. Please send me examples of your work to see if you are suitable for the job

If everything worked well, the same work should be done on a second house.
