???? We’re Hiring: Full-Time Dispatcher / Sales Representative

We’re looking for a highly motivated, hardworking Dispatcher who is fluent in English and ready to grow with our company.

Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound calls and convert leads into booked appointments.
* Dispatch technicians efficiently and manage daily schedules.
* Follow up with customers and provide outstanding customer service.
* Use Workiz CRM to manage jobs, customer information, and dispatching.
* Manage and optimize Google Local Services (LSA) leads.
* Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Upsell additional services when appropriate.

Requirements:

* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Strong sales and closing skills.
* Experience with Google Local Services (LSA).
* Experience using Workiz CRM.
* Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
* Reliable, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
* Willing to work long hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
* Stable internet connection and quiet work environment (if remote).
