Cybersecurity Technical Trainer & Platform Developer

ABOUT THE ROLE
Hirosoft Consulting is seeking a senior technical leader to design, build, secure, maintain, and deliver our Enterprise Cybersecurity and AI Training Academy. This is a hands-on senior leadership role requiring equal expertise in Software Development, Enterprise Cybersecurity, and Technical Training. The successful candidate will serve as Hirosoft's primary technical resource, responsible for independently architecting, building, maintaining, and delivering the training platform, corporate and client websites, enterprise cybersecurity labs, and live instructor-led training with minimal supervision. Candidates must demonstrate proven, expert-level practical ability in all three disciplines. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated technical leader who can independently own the complete lifecycle of platform development, enterprise cybersecurity implementation, website development, and technical training with little or no supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Architect, build, deploy, secure, maintain, and continuously improve the Enterprise Cybersecurity & AI Learning Platform Build and maintain the Hirosoft corporate website and client websites
Develop enterprise cybersecurity labs using free and open-source technologies
Deliver live online cybersecurity training and mentor students
Create technical documentation, installation guides, lab manuals, and training materials Continuously improve the platform, labs, and student learning experience
Design secure, scalable, and cost-effective technical solutions

REQUIRED SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SKILLS (MANDATORY)
Full-Stack Development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, Python, REST APIs, Git/GitHub.
Database: SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
LMS & Web Development: Moodle, Canvas, Open edX, LearnDash or WordPress LMS, responsive web design, authentication, API integration, payment integration, SEO.
DevOps & Deployment: Docker, Docker Compose, GitHub Actions, Nginx, Apache, Linux Administration, SSL, Cloudflare, DNS, Domain Management.
Front-End Frameworks & CMS: WordPress, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS.
Architecture & Design: Enterprise Solution Architecture, Secure Application Design, System Integration.

REQUIRED ENTERPRISE CYBERSECURITY SKILLS (MANDATORY)
Microsoft Enterprise Security: Entra ID, Microsoft Defender XDR, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud, Defender for Identity, Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Sentinel, Intune, Purview.
Windows & Linux Administration: Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell, Ubuntu, Kali Linux, Bash. Networking & Cloud: TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Routing, Switching, Firewalls, Azure, AWS.
Enterprise Security: SOC Operations, I ---------- Response, Threat Hunting, Vulnerability Management, Identity & Access Management, Zero Trust, Governance, Risk Assessment, Compliance, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery.
Security Tools: Wireshark, Nmap, Nessus Essentials, OpenVAS, Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, OWASP Juice Shop, DVWA, Wazuh, Splunk, Sysmon, VirtualBox, Docker.

Candidates must have professional teaching experience and be able to:
Deliver engaging live technical training
Explain complex cybersecurity concepts clearly
Conduct enterprise hands-on labs
Mentor students and answer advanced technical questions
Troubleshoot technical issues during live classes
Develop PowerPoint presentations, lab guides, student manuals, instructor guides, technical documentation, and training videos Assess student performance and prepare learners for enterprise careers
Excellent written and spoken English is required.

AI PRODUCTIVITY SKILLS
Must effectively use ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, and Windsurf to accelerate software development, documentation, automation, website development, and training content creation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Proven expert-level software development skills with a strong portfolio Proven enterprise cybersecurity experience in real-world environments Proven instructor-led technical training experience
Experience building LMS platforms and professional websites
Ability to independently deliver enterprise-quality solutions with minimal supervision
Comfortable working in a startup environment, taking ownership of technical decisions and project delivery
