We're hiring a part-time Ecommerce Customer Support agent, starting at 3 hours per day.
You'll handle customer emails and tickets for our women's fashion store — order questions, shipping updates, returns, and general inquiries.
Requirements:
• Experience in fashion dropshipping customer support
• Fluent written English
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to work efficiently
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive
