Monster Group (UK) Ltd is a fast-growing UK-based ecommerce retailer offering a wide range of high-quality, great-value products to customers around the world. We're looking for our next "Monster" to join our team and help deliver customer service that's truly out of this world.
This is a fully remote position based in the Philippines, offering the opportunity to work with a successful British ecommerce company.
This role requires you to work in UK office hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm GMT). You will be expected to log in remotely during these hours to collaborate with the team effectively. Occasional weekend work may be required.

-A quiet, private workspace suitable for handling professional phone calls and confidential customer information.
What you will be doing:
-Respond to customer enquiries via
-Resolve customer issues efficiently and creatively while maintaining a high standard of service.
-Keep accurate records and follow internal procedures to support daily operations.
What we are looking for:
-Proven experience handling customer phone calls within an ecommerce environment is essential.
-Experience using ecommerce platforms and marketplaces such as Magento, Amazon, and eBay is highly desirable.
-Excellent written and spoken English.
-Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
-Professional, friendly, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
-A valid passport is required as it is an essential access requirement for this role.
