Hi there,
We run several growing e-commerce brands and are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to handle incoming customer questions.
This is a part-time, ongoing role requiring approximately 1 hour of work per day. The exact workload may vary slightly depending on the number of incoming messages.
All customer
What you’ll do
Work inside ScaleFlows, where all customer
Review AI-drafted replies before sending them
Verify that each response is accurate and matches the customer’s order history
Manually handle questions the system cannot resolve, including refunds, address changes, shipping issues, and product questions
Keep all responses friendly, clear, professional, and consistent with our brand
Escalate unusual or complex cases when necessary
Flag recurring customer issues so we can improve our products and processes
What we’re looking for
Previous customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or
Fluent written English
Careful and detail-oriented, as you’ll be checking responses against real customer and order information
A fast and clear communicator with a helpful and professional tone
Reliable and responsive within the agreed daily working window
Comfortable learning and using new tools
Able to work independently and follow internal guidelines
Available for approximately 1 hour per day
Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus but not required.
ScaleFlows is a new platform, so previous experience with it is not necessary. We’ll show you how everything works.
