About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team as the frontline connection between our company and our customers. You'll handle everything from welcoming new customers to helping existing ones get the support they need. This is a year-round, full-time position with consistent hours and the opportunity to grow with us.
What You'll Do
Onboard new customers by setting up their accounts, answering questions about our services, and scheduling their cleanings. Follow up on unpaid invoices and assist customers in bringing their accounts current. Support the operations team by helping customers reschedule services when needed. Make warm outreach calls to customers who have used one-time services, inviting them to explore our recurring service options.
What We're Looking For
Fluent English skills, both written and verbal. You'll be communicating with U.S.-based customers daily. Comfortable with technology. We use Quo (formerly OpenPhone) for calls and texts, along with standard business software. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for taking calls. Available to work U.S. Mountain Time hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Warm, professional communication style with a problem-solving mindset.
