Customer service & Dispatch manager

We are a fast-growing home service company in Maryland, USA, specializing in Air Duct Cleaning, Dryer Vent Cleaning, Chimney Services, and Fireplace Services.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service & Dispatch Manager to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, coordinate technicians, follow up with customers, and manage daily operations.

Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls
- Schedule appointments
- Follow up with estimates
- Follow up with completed jobs
- Coordinate technicians
- Update CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Manage customer communications
- Handle customer concerns professionally

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Customer service experience
- Dispatch experience preferred
- CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred)
- Reliable internet and computer
- Ability to work independently

Work Schedule:
US Eastern Time
Full-Time
