Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Taking Phone Orders and Inputting the Orders in Magento
• Trained and be knowledgeable of our Product Line
• Resolving Customer Inquiries via phone, chat,
• Handle Cancellations, Returns,
• Call Back any Missed Call from Customers
• Issue refunds according to our refund policy
• Assisting in the tracking of customer packages
• Medicare Billing and Claims
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Ability to demonstrate positive and energetic phone skills and excellent listening skills.
• Able to handle irate and demanding customers
• Prior E-Commerce Customer Service and Sales experience is highly preferred
• Experience with Magento, Gladly, SellerCloud, Gorgias, is a plus
• Experience with Medical Billing and claims is a plus but not required
• Proficient using computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable with outbound calls and speaking with foreign customers.
• Computer proficiency such as Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, data entry, and excellent customer service skills

- Preferably resides in Metro Manila or Bulacan area
- Applicants must own a fast computer, preferably a desktop with a second monitor
- 6-month probation: PHP 30,000 month*
- Night Shift Schedule
