We are looking for a **Customer Experience Agent** who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to creating outstanding customer experiences. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure customers receive timely support before, during, and after their purchase.

## Position Overview

As a Customer Experience Agent, you will:

* Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and scheduled calls.
* Assist customers with product information, order processing, shipping, delivery, and post-purchase support.
* Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
* Resolve customer concerns related to order status, modifications, cancellations, replacements, shipment tracking, returns, refunds, and delivery escalations.
* Provide excellent pre-purchase support, including quotes, trade program assistance, and membership updates.
* Manage special orders, custom orders, and time-sensitive requests.
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
* Assist in preparing reports related to replacements, returns, and customer service analytics.
* Coordinate customer returns, refunds, and replacements.
* Support Marketing and Trade teams to ensure successful VIP and promotional deliveries.
* Recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

## Qualifications

**We are only accepting applicants who meet the following qualifications:**

* Minimum **3 years of Customer Experience or Online Operations** experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working with **US-based logistics, e-commerce, or retail businesses.**
* Strong customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
* Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments.
* Experience in the home furnishing industry is a plus.
