What You'll Be Doing
CRM Build and Management
Evaluate and recommend the right CRM platform for a growing marketing agency. Build the entire CRM from scratch: pipelines, deal stages, contact management, lead scoring, tagging, and workflow automations. Maintain and optimize the system on an ongoing basis. Ensure data hygiene and accuracy across all records. Create dashboards and reports so leadership has visibility into pipeline health and campaign performance.

Develop and manage a lead generation system that consistently fills the pipeline. Identify and qualify leads through outbound strategies. Set up lead capture workflows that move prospects from cold to warm to booked. Track and report on lead volume, conversion rates, and cost per lead.

What We're Looking For
Hands-on experience building a CRM from scratch, not just using one someone else set up. Strong knowledge of at least one major CRM platform (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar). We're open to your recommendation on the right tool for us. Proven experience running cold
