JOB OVERVIEW

We are Healzura, a fast growing European health & beauty e-commerce brand. We sell direct-response products and Facebook Ads is our main growth channel. We're looking for a Creative Editor to produce the ad creatives that drive our sales.
What you'll do
You will create high-converting Facebook ad creatives, mainly static image ads designed in Canva, plus AI video ads made with ---------- . Your work directly d ---------- whether a campaign scales or dies, so you need to think like a marketer, not just a designer. You'll design scroll-stopping image ads in Canva, write effective AI prompts to generate the exact visuals and scenes we need, produce AI video ads in ---------- , and create multiple variations per concept for testing, all based on briefs and winning competitor examples we provide.
Working hours
This is a part-time role with a fixed rhythm: roughly 1 to 2 hours per day for quick edits, revisions and iterations on winning ads, plus one main production day of 8+ hours on Sunday or Monday where the bulk of the new creatives for the week are made. This structure is fixed, so only apply if you can commit to the Sunday or Monday production day every week.
What we're looking for
Two skills are non-negotiable: you must be able to work with Canva and you must be strong at AI prompting. If you don't have both, please don't apply.

Skilled in Canva (must-have): static ad creatives are the biggest part of this role
Strong AI prompting skills (must-have): you know how to write and refine prompts to get the exact visual output you want
Experience creating AI video ads with ---------- or similar AI video tools
Proven experience with direct-response or performance ads (Facebook/TikTok style), not corporate design work
Strong sense of what stops the scroll: bold visuals, clear hooks, text that grabs attention instantly
Able to work independently from a brief and deliver on deadline without hand-holding
Portfolio of ad creatives is required, we will not respond to applications without one
