JOB OVERVIEW

We're a video marketing education brand teaching entrepreneurs how to grow and monetize through short vertical video on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

We're looking for someone to execute our content not create strategy from scratch. All content ideas, scripts, hooks, and direction come from us. Your job is to bring it to life and get it out the door, reliably, on schedule.

You'll be working from an existing, documented system content pillars, brand voice guide, a B-roll rotation method, platform-specific posting rules, and a content tracker already built out.

This is not a role where you're inventing our process. It's a role where you follow it precisely and flag anything that doesn't fit.

What You'll Do

Edit raw footage into finished Reels/TikToks/Facebook video content following our established style and templates
Schedule and post content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn using Metricool
Maintain and update our content tracker so nothing falls through the cracks
Follow platform-specific rules we've already established (e.g., TikTok captions are short and distinct from Instagram captions)
Flag anything that's late, unclear, or missing what you need proactively, before it becomes a deadline problem

Requirements

Hands-on video editing experience for short vertical video (CapCut or similar)
Experience scheduling content across multiple social platforms
Comfortable working inside a Google Workspace / Google Sheets system
Strong written English for captions and light engagement responses
Reliable, deadline-driven — this is the single most important trait for this role

How to Apply

Please read this entire posting before applying. Start your application with the words "Ready to execute" so we know you read it in full applications that skip this will not be reviewed.

Answer the following directly in your application. Keep answers short and specific we're not looking for essays.

Start your application with "Ready to execute."

Send 3 links to Reels or TikToks you personally edited in the last 3 months. For each one, tell us: what software you used, and roughly how long that specific edit took you.
What scheduling tool do you have the most hands-on experience with, and how many social accounts have you scheduled for at once?

A content calendar shows a TikTok caption and an Instagram caption for the same video that are word-for-word identical, 3 sentences long.

What's wrong with this, and what would you change?

Tell us about one specific time a client or manager needed content changed at the last minute. What exactly did they ask you to change, and how much time did you have to do it?

What hours can you reliably work, and what time zone are you in?

Applications that don't answer all 6 questions directly, or that read as generic/copy-pasted, will not move forward.
