About Us:
US Power Solar is a fast-growing solar and roofing project management company based in Los Angeles, CA. We help homeowners across California switch to clean, affordable energy through seamless service and top-tier solar solutions. We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a creative content partner to join our remote team!

About the Role
We’re looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Manager to develop and publish engaging content consistently across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You’ll also be responsible for uploading podcast episodes and managing digital assets.

Responsibilities
Create and schedule social media content (posts, reels, stories, shorts)

Edit and upload podcast episodes (audio/video) to Spotify, YouTube, etc.

Write captions, hashtags, and short descriptions that align with our voice

Manage and maintain brand consistency across all platforms

Repurpose long-form content (e.g., podcasts) into short-form clips

Monitor engagement and help grow our following organically

Work with our U.S. team to plan content calendar and strategy

Requirements
Proven experience managing business social media accounts

Strong graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Premiere, etc.)

Familiarity with podcast platforms (Anchor, Buzzsprout, or similar)

Great written English and attention to detail

Highly creative, proactive, and self-managed

Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines

Must be ok with being on camera throughout the shift to collaborate with coworkers
