Content Coordinator

I am looking for a reliable and organised Content Coordinator to help manage and publish content across a growing international network of pet websites and social media platforms.

The main focus of the role will be publishing SEO-focused blog content across websites in the UK, Australia, USA, Ireland, France and other markets.

Responsibilities will include:

Uploading and formatting blog articles in WordPress using Elementor
Adding images, headings, links and calls to action
Publishing content across multiple websites
Adding relevant videos and podcasts to existing articles
Scheduling approved social media posts
Maintaining content tracking spreadsheets
Checking published content for accuracy and presentation

The ideal person will be:

Highly organised
Reliable and detail-focused
Comfortable using WordPress and Elementor
Confident working with spreadsheets
Able to follow clear content guidelines
Interested in digital marketing, SEO or online publishing

Experience with WordPress, Canva, SEO or AI content tools would be an advantage, but training will be provided.

This is a part-time role with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as the business grows.
