**Position:** Part-Time Virtual Assistant (20 Hours/Week)

## About the Role

We are building a construction-focused content brand centered around professional contractor recommendations, educational content, Amazon affiliate marketing, and eventually the Amazon Influencer Program.

Our audience includes a large community of construction professionals, contractors, builders, and homeowners. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can help grow this business from an affiliate marketing operation into a full-scale construction influencer brand.

No construction experience is required, but an interest in tools, home improvement, or building products is a plus.

## Primary Responsibilities

### Amazon Affiliate Marketing

* Generate Amazon affiliate links using our Amazon Associates account.
* Research high-quality construction tools, equipment, safety gear, and jobsite products.
* Organize affiliate links by category.
* Maintain spreadsheets of recommended products and links.
* Update links when products become unavailable.

### Facebook Content Management

Our >Facebook community currently includes over **68,000 construction professionals**.

Responsibilities include:

* Post Products that are featured in Creator Connections Campaigns
* Create engaging Facebook posts featuring recommended products ---------- @highlights at least 4 times a day
* Generate with ChatGPT educational, helpful, and conversation-starting captions.
* Include appropriate Amazon affiliate disclosures on every applicable post. #ad (or FTC approved sentences)
* Schedule posts for publication.
* Track all posts with link on spreadsheet, date posted, affiliate link used

## Future Responsibilities (As the Brand Grows)

This role is expected to expand over time into supporting our construction influencer business.

Future tasks may include:

* Uploading product review videos.
* Organizing video footage.
* Managing Amazon Influencer content.
* Assisting with YouTube uploads.
* Coordinating product samples.
* Reaching out to brands.
* Supporting affiliate campaigns.
* Tracking performance analytics.

## Hours

Approximately **20 hours per week** initially, with the potential to increase as the business grows.

As our business expands, this role is expected to grow into a larger content management position with increased responsibilities and opportunities.
