Role Purpose:
Provide administrative, operational, marketing, and business development support.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and maintain prospect databases for builders, insurers, architects, and potential clients.
Support
Track active projects and maintain accurate records in Tradify.
Review timesheets, subcontractor invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy.
Assist with payroll preparation, invoice checking, and supplier account management.
Create and maintain SOPs, templates, and process documentation.
Identify opportunities for workflow improvements through AI and automation.
Manage social media schedules, content uploads, and basic website updates.
Provide general administrative support, research, and ad hoc business assistance.
Key Expectations:
Australian construction experience preferred.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Complete weekly administrative tasks on time.
Reduce the Director’s workload through proactive support.
Continuously improve systems and processes.
