!!Collections Representative (Remote – Philippines)!!

We are looking for a confident, results-oriented Collections Representative to join our growing remote team. If you have strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and experience handling collections, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound collection calls to customers.
Respond to customer inquiries via email.
Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining professionalism.
Provide exceptional customer service and accurately document account activities.
Qualifications
Male applicants only.
Must be based in the Philippines.
Minimum of 1 year of collections experience.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Proficient with Google Workspace.
Experience with ---------- or Zendesk is an advantage.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Available for a full-time, long-term remote position.
Work Schedule
Fully remote
6 days per week
45–55 hours per week
