About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Client Coordinator to join our growing remote team.
In this role, you will support administrative and coordination functions related to client services, helping ensure accurate documentation, system updates, and operational tracking. You will help maintain continuity of services and support the day-to-day coordination process.
Key Responsibilities
-Update client profiles and service records in internal systems
-Assist with eligibility checks and service documentation
-Follow up with clients regarding service updates and coordination needs
-Maintain service tracking reports and coordination logs
-Organize documentation and keep records up to date
-Support administrative aspects of service adjustments and scheduling changes
-Prepare regular reports regarding client updates and service concerns
-Support overall coordination processes to maintain continuity of services
-Handle inbound calls from prospective clients and assist with scheduling assessments
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Office Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
-At least 2 years of experience in home care agency industry
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Experience with scheduling or documentation systems is an advantage
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Must be available to work consistently during U.S. business hours
-Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment required
-Willing to complete required onboarding and compliance training
