Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Client Account Managers to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring clear communication, strong relationships, and a smooth experience as we manage and scale their Amazon stores.
This is a fast-paced role within the Amazon automation / e-commerce space, ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working with clients daily.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients
Respond to client inquiries via Slack in a timely and professional manner
Provide updates on store performance, progress, and next steps
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Escalate issues internally and coordinate with operations teams
Occasionally communicate with clients via phone when needed
Keep organized records of client conversations and updates
Requirements
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple client conversations at once
Comfortable using tools like Slack (or similar communication platforms)
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Prior experience in customer service, account management, or e-commerce is a plus
