Care Coordinator

To support the safe and effective coordination of care services across DCL-PRO Services Ltd by managing rotas, scheduling care calls, ensuring cover is arranged, and supporting smooth communication between staff, clients, families, care workers, and management.

This is a job-share role, with two care coordinators working separate days to ensure continuity of rota management and operational support.

The care coordinator plays a key role in ensuring care is delivered safely, on time, and in line with commissioned hours, care plans, and client needs.
