JOB OVERVIEW

Core Responsibilities
• Design branded graphics for ---------- announcements, X/Twitter posts, Whop, and platform listings using Canva.
• Maintain consistent visual branding (colors, fonts, templates) across all content.
• Build and reuse Canva templates to speed up recurring content types (daily recaps, alerts, promos).
• Repurpose long-form or raw content (e.g., data breakdowns, screenshots) into clean, shareable visual posts.
• Coordinate with the Social Media Manager on content calendar and posting cadence.
• Ensure content is exported and formatted correctly for each platform (aspect ratio, file type, etc.).

Required Qualifications
Must Have:
• Proficiency in Canva, including templates, brand kits, and multi-format exports.
• Strong visual design sense and attention to brand consistency.
• Ability to turn raw or long-form content into clear, engaging visual posts.
• Reliable turnaround on recurring and time-sensitive content requests.
Preferred / Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with the community's subject matter/niche.
• Basic video editing or motion graphics skills within Canva.
• Experience cross-posting content across ---------- , X/Twitter, Whop, and other linked platforms.

Tools & Access Required
• Canva (access to the brand kit and shared workspace).
• Access to relevant content sources (alerts, data, announcements) as needed.
• Communication channel for coordinating with the team.

Communication & Reporting
• Preferred communication channel: [ ---------- / Text / Voice ]
• Standing check-in: short sync to review content pipeline and calendar

Growth Opportunity
• Starting rate: $5.00 / hour.
• At the 3-month mark, rate increases to $7.00 / hour, contingent on satisfactory performance and consistent delivery against the responsibilities outlined in this SOW.
• At the 6-month mark, rate and scope will be reviewed together to determine next steps (continued increase, expanded hours, or expanded responsibilities).
