BIM Modeler - Architect

US As Built company looking for a BIM modeler using Revit and point clouds

We will provide you all the field data using point clouds, 3D virtual tours, photos, videos, and field sketches

Must have experience with AutoCAD & SketchUp as well

You will model the building per the field data and proceed to creating detailed plans such as:

1. Floor plans
2. Exterior elevations
3. Roof plan
4. Interior elevations
5. Ceiling plan
6. Lighting & electrical plans
7. Site plan
8. Sections

Must be familiar with inches and feet measurements units

Licensed architect preferred

Must have excellent communication skills since the job is remote and you will communicate with our team daily via messaging & web-video

Training will be provided using company standards and workflow

You will work and report to your manager daily who will supervise your work, guide you, and ensure you are part of the team & company
