Hello currently looking for a virtual assistant. Daily tasks; Customer Outreach, Social Media & Business Growth
We are seeking a reliable, proactive Virtual Assistant to help grow our business through customer communication, online marketing, social-media management, and outreach.
This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, follows up consistently, understands online marketing, and can turn inquiries into real customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages, inquiries, comments, and emails
• Conduct customer outreach through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, and other approved channels
• Follow up with prospective customers, past customers, leads, and wholesale accounts
• Create, schedule, and publish social-media posts, stories, reels, and promotional content
• Help grow online visibility through local marketing, community engagement, hashtags, and partnerships
• Track leads, conversations, follow-ups, orders, and customer feedback in a spreadsheet or CRM
• Research potential customers, businesses, restaurants, wholesalers, creators, and partnership opportunities
• Assist with promotional campaigns, offers, product announcements, and customer-retention efforts
• Provide weekly updates showing completed work, leads contacted, responses, sales opportunities, and growth ideas
• Suggest practical strategies to improve engagement, customer service, and sales
Required Skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Professional, friendly, persuasive customer-service style
• Experience with customer outreach, lead generation, sales support, or appointment setting
• Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools
• Ability to write clear captions, messages, follow-up scripts, and simple marketing content
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-through
• Comfortable working independently and reporting results
• Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting a small business, local business, e-commerce brand, food/produce business, restaurant, or wholesale company
• Bilingual ability, especially English and Spanish (HIGHER PAY ????)
• Experience with direct-message sales, online customer support, and converting social-media inquiries into customers
• Knowledge of local SEO, email marketing, paid social advertising, or influencer outreach
• Proven record of helping a business increase engagement, leads, bookings, or sales

Spanish speaker is a plus higher pay
