JOB OVERVIEW

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Work with agency Owner/Director to set growth & satisfaction goals and lead the team to
execute on them on or ahead of schedule
-Manage scheduling and organizing of caregivers for all clients
-Manage all caregivers and Care Coordinators
-Field client inquiry calls & conduct phone assessments to understand client needs and explain
the full scope of service expectation from the company; develop care plans while converting
prospects to clients; and hold others accountable to ensure the best care
-Coordination with Long-Term Care Insurance carriers for reimbursement
-Answer phones and direct calls
-Answer questions and provide solutions for callers
-Read, input and modify client and caregiver information in software as needed
-Administer, with Care Coordinator’s leadership, and assist with new employee training and
orientation
-Follow up with potential clients via phone or mail/email
-Develop Standard Operating Procedures/Caregiver-facing documents, oversee effectiveness to
modify and manage their implementation, as necessary
-Collaborate with Hiring Care Manager to help staff clients and for Caregiver terminations
-Schedule client visits and document the new information
-Implement and enforce company policies
-Assist with Caregiver screening
-Assist with marketing activities, as directed
-On call with company cell phone after hours (rotational)
-Perform miscellaneous duties and services as extended office support in all areas
-Have a flexible schedule for collaborating with other employees
-Approve office personnel time off requests

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
*Prior experience in home care industry and as an office employee
*Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and strong telephone skills
*Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adjust in changing situations
*Must have effective oral and written communication skills
*Above-average computer literacy is required; WellSky software experience also preferred
*Must be a team player and willing to help in any area necessary
