Sales Appointment Setter Needed

Do you have a natural ability to build rapport, love talking to people, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment?

We're looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our rapidly growing financial services company. If you're confident on the phone, speak exceptional English, and know how to convert warm opportunities into sales, we want to hear from you.

This is **NOT** an entry-level position. We are looking for professionals who are dependable, coachable, competitive, and driven by performance.

The best part? You won't be cold calling. Every lead you speak with has already expressed interest through our Meta advertising campaigns. Your job is to move quickly, build rapport, and close deals.

Schedule

* Monday – Friday
* 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (U.S. Eastern Time)
* Full-Time
* 100% Remote

What You'll Do

* Respond immediately to HOT inbound leads.
* Make outbound follow-up calls to prospects who requested information.
* Qualify potential clients.
* Build trust and uncover client needs.
* Present our financial solutions with confidence.
* Close qualified prospects or schedule them with senior advisors when appropriate.
* Follow company sales scripts and SOPs.
* Accurately document every interaction inside our CRM.
* Maintain consistent follow-up until prospects reach a decision.
* Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance goals.

What We Provide

Minimum Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of SDR, Inside Sales, Appointment Setting, High-Ticket Sales, or High-Volume Outbound Calling experience.
* Previous experience selling financial products or financial services is REQUIRED.**
* Speak **IMPECCABLE English** with a neutral, professional accent.
* NO AI translators, voice changers, or translation software.** You must communicate naturally and fluently in English.
* Outstanding verbal communication skills.
* Excellent active listening and objection-handling abilities.
* Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based consumers.
* Highly organized and self-motivated.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Quiet, professional home office.
* Reliable computer capable of multitasking.
* High-speed, dependable internet connection with backup power or internet strongly preferred.

Compensation

Base Pay

* **$5.00 USD per hour**
* Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST)

Commission

* 10% commission on every sale you close
* Weekend work is optional and commission-only (no hourly pay).*

Our products range from $297 to $997, with an average sale value of approximately $647.

Conservative Earnings

Even if you average **just ONE sale per weekday**, your earnings will look like this:

* Hourly Pay: **$200/week**
* Weekly Commission: **$323.50**
* **Weekly OTE: Approximately $523.50**
* **Monthly OTE: Approximately $2,350+ USD**

Typical Performer

Most successful SDRs who execute excellent speed-to-lead and follow our proven sales process average **2–3 sales per day**, resulting in significantly higher earnings.

Typical weekly earnings:

- 2 sales/day:** Approximately - $847+/week
- 3 sales/day:** Approximately - $1,170+/week

Top performers consistently exceed these numbers.

**There is NO cap on commissions. The harder and smarter you work, the more you earn.**

Performance Bonuses

In addition to commissions, we reward excellence.

Qualified tea ---------- mbers are eligible for:

* 30-Day Performance Bonus
* 60-Day Performance Bonus
* 90-Day Performance Bonus

Bonuses are awarded only to tea ---------- mbers who consistently meet attendance, quality, productivity, and performance expectations.
