Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist (Remote)

Novais Studios is looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to help us generate new business opportunities through Instagram and LinkedIn outreach.
Your main goal will be to start conversations with potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule sales calls with our team.

Responsibilities:
Send cold outreach messages through Instagram and LinkedIn
Find and research potential clients (brands, companies, marketing teams, agencies)
Start genuine conversations and build relationships
Follow up with leads
Qualify interested prospects and schedule sales calls
Track conversations and appointments

Requirements:
Previous experience as an Appointment Setter, SDR, Lead Generator, or similar role
Experience with cold DM outreach (Instagram and LinkedIn)
Strong written English communication skills
Ability to understand our services and communicate value

Must provide:
Resume
Examples of previous work
Results achieved (appointments booked, clients generated, etc.)
Reviews/testimonials from previous employers or clients

Bonus:
Experience working with creative agencies, photographers, videographers, marketing agencies, or brands
Experience using CRM tools

Compensation:
Based on experience + performance incentives for qualified appointments booked.
