JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing performance advertising startup based in Canada. We’re hiring an Appointment Setter on a long-term monthly retainer (after probation, and based on performance). You’ll support our clients by calling leads and turning them into booked appointments.

We want Setters who think like consultants, not script-readers. You’ll be working warm leads in the health and beauty service space, like Medspas, Laser Clinics, and Estheticians.

**What You’ll Do:**

- Call and qualify warm leads within 5 minutes of them coming in through our CRM
- Keep the CRM clean and organized (scheduling, notes, and pipeline management)
- Follow up with potential patients by SMS and email to increase booking rates
- Handle objections professionally and help leads understand treatments (Botox, PRP, Laser Hair Removal, etc.)
- Work with our team to improve scripts and share feedback on lead quality
- Join daily and weekly check-in meetings

**What We’re Looking For:**

- **Flawless English communication** (spoken and written). You should sound confident, clear, and friendly on the phone, with little to no accent
- **Sales or appointment setting experience**
- **Hands-on experience** working with Medspas or selling high-ticket beauty services
- **Tech-savvy:** Comfortable in CRMs (GoHighLevel/GHL is a plus)
- **Availability:** You must work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours
- **Focus:** This needs to be your main focus. No sub-contracts or agencies. You’ll work closely with our team
- **Reliability:** Quick replies in Slack and email, plus a quiet workspace and stable internet
