Amazon Wholesale Virtual Assistant

We are a growing U.S.-based eCommerce company looking for two experienced Amazon Wholesale Virtual Assistants to join our team long-term.

We're looking for someone who already has experience with Amazon Wholesale, supplier research, lead generation, and professional business communication.

Responsibilities:

Research manufacturers, brands, distributors, and suppliers
Generate qualified wholesale leads
Complete supplier account applications
Send professional first-touch outreach emails
Track all activity in our GoHighLevel CRM
Maintain organized records and reports

Requirements:

Previous Amazon Wholesale experience (required)
Lead generation and supplier research experience
Strong English written and verbal communication
Excellent research and data analysis skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to work independently and meet daily goals
Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel is a plus)

Experience with Keepa, SellerAmp, Google Sheets, and Amazon Seller Central is a strong advantage but not required.
