These are early-stage, growing brands based in Hampton Roads, Virginia. We're not a big corporation — we're a lean, ambitious team building something real from the ground up. Ad budgets are starting small and will grow as results come in. We're looking for someone who thrives in a scrappy environment and wants to grow with the business — not someone looking for a massive retainer from day one.


ABOUT THE BRANDS
• RoofFirst™ — emergency roof leak control kit sold nationwide on Amazon and ---------- [MONTH 1 PRIORITY]
• Hampton Roof Experts — local roofing contractor, Hampton Roads, VA [Future scope]
• Kappatal Construction — general contractor, remodeling and construction in Hampton Roads [Future scope]


WHAT YOU'LL DO — MONTH 1

Your full focus in Month 1 is RoofFirst™ on Amazon and its website.
• Own and manage Amazon PPC campaigns — Sponsored Products, keyword research, bid optimization, ACoS management
• Drive paid traffic to ---------- — recommend the best platform (Google or Meta) and execute
• Audit the Amazon listing and provide optimization direction to the team
• Deliver a realistic ad spend budget recommendation in Week 1 for client approval
• Report weekly on key metrics (ACoS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate) with clear takeaways
• Work with our brand team on creative — assets are provided, you optimize placement and targeting

If Month 1 goes well, scope expands to two other brands we manage — including local service and Google Ads for roofing and construction businesses in Virginia.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Amazon PPC is non-negotiable — Sponsored Products experience is a hard requirement
• E-commerce mindset — you understand discovery-driven buying behavior and how to turn traffic into sales
• Small budget precision — comfortable starting lean and scaling based on what the data tells you
• Data-driven — test-and-learn approach, you make decisions based on numbers not assumptions
• Google or Meta Ads experience for a product website is a strong plus
• Amazon listing knowledge — understanding how listing quality affects PPC performance is a strong plus

SCOPE & COMPENSATION
• Freelance / project-based — not a monthly retainer
• 30-day initial engagement
• Management fee: $300 flat (no performance component)
• Payment: 50% upfront ($150) upon start, 50% ($150) upon completion
• Ad spend managed separately by the client — your fee covers management only
• Ad spend budget is based on your Week 1 recommendation, approved by the client before anything goes live
• No ad spend is released without written client approval
• Output-based — no set hours


HOW TO APPLY
