AI Systems Builder for Internal AI Operating System

We are looking for a highly experienced AI systems builder to help us build an internal AI operating system for our short-term rental property management business.

We already have an internal business hub built out for our company, including owner/admin workflows, property information, onboarding, documents, operations, and internal processes. We are also in the process of moving this hub from a no-code/prototype setup into our own coded application connected to Supabase. We are flexible on our pay rates and if the experience and talent level is there we will pay very competitively.

Now, we want to build AI agents, AI workflows, and automations directly into the business so our operations become smoother, faster, and more scalable.

This is not a basic chatbot or simple Zapier automation role. We need someone who understands AI agents, business operations, Supabase, GitHub, code-based apps, workflow automation, security, and how to build systems that can actually replace or support multiple roles inside the business.

Main Responsibilities:

* Review our current internal hub, workflows, and business operations
* Help design the AI operating system architecture for the company
* Build AI agents that can support different departments and roles inside the business
* Create AI workflows for operations, onboarding, owner communication, guest operations, lead tracking, internal reporting, document handling, and task management
* Help connect AI tools into our internal hub and Supabase backend
* Build automations that reduce manual work for our team
* Help us d ---------- where agents should be hosted and how they should be managed
* Set up proper security guardrails, permissions, and access controls
* Work with GitHub and our coded app as we move away from the current no-code/prototype setup
* Help us use tools like Claude Code or similar AI coding/workflow tools to move faster
* Build internal AI assistants that can help tea ---------- mbers complete tasks, search company knowledge, summarize information, and trigger workflows
* Help create a long-term roadmap for how AI should be used across the company
* Potentially continue into a full-time role if the skill level and fit are strong

Requirements:

* Strong experience building AI agents and AI workflows
* Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI tools, LangChain, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar AI/workflow platforms
* Strong understanding of GitHub and modern development workflows
* Experience working with Supabase or similar backend/database tools
* Ability to connect AI systems to internal dashboards, CRMs, databases, and business tools
* Understanding of API integrations, webhooks, automation logic, and backend workflows
* Ability to think through security, permissions, user roles, and data access
* Comfortable working inside a fast-moving startup environment
* Able to take ownership of the AI systems buildout without needing constant hand-holding
* Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical decisions clearly

Bonus Experience:

* Experience building AI systems for real estate, hospitality, property management, or operations-heavy businesses
* Experience with short-term rental tools, Airbnb, PMS platforms, owner portals, or guest communication systems
* Experience building internal AI tools for customer support, operations, sales, reporting, or admin work
* Experience with vector databases, embeddings, RAG, internal knowledge search, and document-based AI
* Experience with Vercel, Railway, Render, Supabase Edge Functions, or other hosting/deployment options
* Experience building secure AI agents that work with private business data
* Experience turning no-code/prototype systems into scalable coded applications
* Experience building AI websites, dashboards, or internal business portals

About Us:

We are building a short-term rental and hospitality management company focused on premium properties, owner experience, guest experience, and strong internal systems.

We are not looking to just “use AI.” We want to build a real AI operating system that helps run the company across operations, onboarding, guest support, owner communication, lead management, reporting, internal task management, and future growth.

We understand many of the tools available, but we need someone who can take ownership of the buildout so we can focus on scaling the business.

Schedule:

Part-time or project-based to start, with the opportunity to become a full-time role if the talent level and fit are strong.
