About this role:
At Nakada Design, we attract high net worth clients for discerning interior designers and architects. We are a small, quality-focused boutique agency that moves fast and holds ourselves to high aesthetic and strategic standards.

This is not a traditional virtual assistant role. You will direct and improve our existing AI systems (primarily Claude Code) as an orchestrator to produce our agency’s internal work across content, social media, and operations.

Becoming an AI orchestrator means that instead of having you work inside Figma, Canva, Gmail, Notion, Google Drive, Calendar, and other popular tools, we connect our AI directly to those services, letting it do the work while you direct the outcome and own the result.

What you’ll do:
* Direct our AI (Claude Code) to create. Produce SEO pages, blog posts, website copy, and graphics. You then review and improve to our brand guidelines and high quality standards. No coding, no manual creation.
* Run social media. Plan, create, schedule, and post across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn and engage the audience (comments, replies).
* Own quality. Continuously audit AI output for accuracy, brand consistency, formatting, mobile display, and fix issues as they arise. You will optimize our workflow and proactively identify ways to increase our output and speed.

You must have:
* Native-level English fluency
* Tech-savvy: no knowledge of coding languages is necessary but you must know how to direct AI to get great results
* Sharp attention to detail (begin your answer to the last manager question with the word “boutique”)
* Love of learning, proactive attitude, and a self-directed, I’ll figure-it-out mindset
* Comfortable with ambiguity (you don’t need step-by-step instructions to move)
* Stable high-speed internet and a reliable schedule

Especially strong fit if you:
* Used Claude Cowork or Code before
* Previously managed AI agents
* Know the basics of content marketing, SEO, website performance and social media marketing
* Grew a social media account
* Built an app, website, dashboard, or other digital asset with AI

This is not for you if:
* You are not excited about continuously learning and prefer to do the same work you’ve always done
* You want to work within a large team or want someone directing your every task
* You prefer a fixed structure, constant guidance, or step-by-step instructions
* You want a passive checklist job rather than to own outcomes
* You want purely manual creative or administrative work rather than directing and refining AI output

* Compensation from $1,100/month plus performance bonuses for full-time (40 hours per week), $6 part-time (20 hours per week for the trial)
