About the Role
We're looking for a tech-savvy AI Operations Coordinator to build automations, streamline workflows, and use AI tools to make our business run faster and smarter. This role sits at the intersection of operations, systems, and AI.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain automations across our stack (
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to draft content, build SOPs, and speed up operations
Design and document workflows; identify manual processes that can be automated
Troubleshoot broken automations and data sync issues between platforms
Manage integrations, webhooks, and data flows (CRM,
Support the team with AI-assisted research, reporting, and process improvement
Keep systems documentation up to date
Requirements
Proven experience with Zapier and/or
Daily working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) beyond basic prompting
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience with at least 2–3 of: ActiveCampaign, Kajabi, ThriveCart, Stripe, Airtable, Google Workspace
Excellent written English and documentation habits
Self-starter who can take a vague problem and design a working solution
Nice to Have
Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or API experience)
Experience in online education, coaching, or e-commerce businesses
