AI Engineer (Python, agents, evals). Project-based, must be near Makati

I'm not hiring a virtual assistant. I'm not hiring anyone to wire apps together in n8n or Zapier.
I want one AI engineer who can build AI systems that work every time instead of most of the time, and who's willing to do it in a room with me watching here in Makati.

Who I am
40yrs+ in marketing, sales, and running businesses. I'm currently building an AI marketing association. The strategy is done. The offer is done. The course is almost done.
What's left is production. Content production is the current bottleneck.
The problem I'm trying to solve
Almost everything I sell is text. Course scripts, course materials, etc.
We already draft with AI. That part works fine. The bottleneck is what happens after. Somebody sits down and reads every single line, catching the same mistakes over and over again.
That's the most expensive hour in my business, and it's being spent on things a machine (AI workflow/AI agent) should have caught before a human ever opened the file.
What I want built
An editing pipeline. Four parts, in this order.
Deterministic checks run first, written in code. Words we never use. Punctuation we don't allow. Sentence patterns we don't allow. Length. No model involved, no cost, instant
What survives goes to a critic model. It compares the draft against work we've already approved and it reports what it finds
A second model holds the context and d ---------- what to change. The critic doesn't get to rewrite anything
The loop is bounded. It stops on its own. Then a human reads what came out
The goal is not to remove the human. The goal is that when my editor opens the file, she's fixing a few lines to make it sound human, instead of rebuilding the whole thing. Put the word bounded as the first line of your reply so I know you read this far. Where exactly that line sits, we figure out together once you're in.
Once that pipeline works, there's more of the same kind of work. Lead magnets, documents, and every other place where I'm paying a person to do something a machine could have done first.
Who I think can help me
This is not a checklist. Recognize yourself in most of it and apply.
You've shipped software that other people actually used
You've built something real with AI, and it has burned you at least once. You know what it cost you
You know why a thing that works 9 times out of 10 is not the same as a thing that works. And you can tell me what closes that gap
Something you built broke while nobody was watching. You went and found out why, and you fixed it so it never broke that way again
You know when a job doesn't need AI at all. If the steps are the same every time, you write ten lines of code and it runs for free, forever
You're fine being watched and interrupted while you work
You can tell a client "I don't know, give me a minute," and it doesn't bother you
You'll notice I haven't listed one required tool. Because all I care about is the result. It's nice if your workflow revolves around Claude and Claude Code, but bring whatever stack gets the job done. ---------- experience is a small plus but not required.
Who this isn't for
If n8n and Zapier are the only tools you know, this isn't for you. If they're two tools out of many you know, that's a plus
You teach AI. You post about AI, you make courses about AI, but you haven't built something real that other people used
Machine learning and data science people. I'm not training a model
Anyone who needs a full-time salary. This is project work
How this works
Project-based and paid. Nobody works for free here and nobody works for exposure
It opens with one working session. 5 hours, in person, Makati, on a weekend (Saturday)
PHP 5,000 for that session. I send it by GCash the same day, before you go home
Bring your laptop. I hand you one real piece of my copy and the style guide. You build one check and one model call against it. That's the whole test
You keep the money whether or not we go further
If we do go further, we scope the work and agree on the number then. Per deliverable or monthly
The Makati session is not negotiable. Everything after it can be remote, on your own hours, around whatever else you've got going on. But I'm going to sit next to whoever builds this at least once before I hand him anything. If you can't make that happen, we won't work out, and it's better we both know now.

Tell me about a time you d ---------- not to build an agent, and what you built instead
Something you built that ran unattended. What broke, how did you find out, and what did you change so it never broke that way again
Show me something real. A repo, a product, a screenshot of something running. Tell me which part of it was hard
I want this pipeline to hand my editor something that needs light polish, not a rebuild. How would you know it's doing that? And how would you know if it quietly stopped doing that?
Where do you keep a credential you don't want sitting in a git repo
I read question 4 first. Most people will tell me how they'd build it. A couple will tell me how they'd know it was working. One of those gets the session.
